Returns & Refunds

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at admin@pikcraft.co.uk with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

Can I exchange an item for a different size?

To check if you are able to return a club top back to us please email us at admin@pikcraft.co.uk. If it has been agreed that size exchanges for specific items can be made then the returned item must be in the same condition it was received and free from odour/perfume and the item must be returned in packaging similar to how it was sent.

We do not offer exchanges on any items that have been personalised e.g. names or custom graphics. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our accurate sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. 

Can I exchange an item for a different colour?

We do not offer exchanges on colour options so it's important for you to choose your colour carefully before checking out.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged or if it's the wrong product that you ordered. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at admin@pikcraft.co.uk within 7 days of receipt. Please attach photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
