Orders & Deliveries

When will I get my order?

We work with several specially selected garment and product providers who we purchase from. If we have your product in stock it will usually take from 3–7 days to print, check & fulfill your order, after which it’s then posted out. If we have to order your product in from our suppliers then it may take a few days longer for us to receive it ready for printing.

How are your products made and where will my order be posted from?

We carefully print your design ourselves and once it passed our quality control process we will then package and post it out to you. We generally use a popular courier service such as Evri, DHL, DPD, TNT, Parcelforce and so on to deliver your item. 

How do I track my order?

Most of the courier providers we use offer a tracking service. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at admin@pikcraft.co.uk

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

● Check your delivery confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Stop by your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them

If the delivery address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbour’s, get in touch with us at admin@pikcraft.co.uk with your order number. If there was a mistake in your delivery address at the time of ordering and the package has been sent back to us we will re-send it to you but the extra shipping charge will be at your own cost.
